Overview

Zylpe advises on digital transformation and IoT analytics for industrial clients. Its public site had grown inside a page builder over several years. The brief was a same-to-same migration: identical pages, identical URLs, no redesign and no invented content, so search rankings and inbound links survive the switch.

Client challenge

The brief forbade pasting the page builder's HTML and forbade inventing content. The result had to be visually faithful across 47 pages and keep every URL, including trailing slashes, exactly as WordPress served them.

Strategy

Crawl-driven. A deterministic classifier mapped each page-builder section to one of fourteen typed section components: banner, split, two-column, text, boxes, logo grid, gallery, call to action, counters, video, form, slider and carousel. Anything the classifier could not place went on a review list rather than into the site.

Development

Next.js with trailing-slash routing to match WordPress, 53 redirects for retired theme-demo pages, 282 images and the headline typeface self-hosted so no request leaves the domain. The crawl and transform scripts are repeatable, so a content change on the old site can be re-imported in minutes.

Key features

  • All 47 public URLs preserved
  • Redirects for retired pages
  • Self-hosted fonts and images
  • Typed section model with no page-builder markup
  • Review list for every ambiguous element

Outcome

The rebuilt site reproduces the live site page for page and is ready for DNS cutover. The switch changes only the web records, so email is untouched.

SportzOS: a league platform with live scoring across seven sports

Registration, payments direct to organisers, fixtures, live scoring and standings for tennis, pickleball, cricket, soccer, basketball, volleyball and baseball, in one app and one website.

Problem
Organisers ran registration on forms, fixtures on spreadsheets and scores on group chats. Players had no single place to find a league, pay, and follow results.
Solution
A cross-platform app and web platform with sport-specific scorers, a standings engine, organiser tooling, and entry fees that go straight to the organiser.

AMTEX Consulting: an enterprise website with a CMS-agnostic content layer

A new website for an Oracle and enterprise transformation consultancy in Georgia, USA, presenting two pillars, Oracle and Enterprise Transformation and Digital Product Engineering, on one typed content model.

Problem
The previous WordPress site was out of date, hard to maintain and had become a security liability. Its content no longer reflected what the firm sells.
Solution
A Next.js 16 site with a content contract in TypeScript, local JSON as the first provider and adapters ready for a headless CMS, so copy can move to a CMS later without touching pages.
